Rather than a conventional residential district, the development envisions a self-sufficient, compact urban environment where accessibility, diversity, and a high quality of life are prioritized. The area seamlessly blends workspaces, retail, education, and cultural facilities, complemented by recreational amenities woven into the surrounding public spaces. To ensure a human-centered scale within the blocks, a central avenue runs through both sections, acting as the central spine of a wider network of streets, walkways, squares, and lanes. This layout promotes a welcoming, intimate atmosphere while offering clear vistas of the surrounding countryside. The reduction of motor traffic opens up ample space for expansive communal areas. These areas are a blend of dynamic, active spaces and quiet, reflective zones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bicycle lanes run through lush green corridors, connecting the neighborhood to its wider environment. Public transportation is well integrated, with a bus line and a train station embedded within the neighborhood, further enhancing its independence. At the heart of the district, essential services, eateries, shops, and community spaces like a family center are centrally located. Small-scale retail spaces and local organizations occupy the ground floors along the boulevards, encouraging a mix of residential and commercial activities. Former military buildings such as hangars and bunkers are repurposed for cultural and recreational uses, including art studios and community rooms.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    \n  <\/div>\n
